Contributing to national interoperability

Participation in the implementation of Senegal’s National Interoperability Platform, based on X‑Road, with the relevant institutional stakeholders.

Health data

Connecting DHIS2, iHRIS and ERP X3

Work with the DSISS on a data exchange platform designed to connect flows from DHIS2, iHRIS and ERP X3.

The approach uses HL7 FHIR to structure interoperability and support combined use of service and workforce data.

GovNum Platform

Turning a national ambition into requirements

Mobilised in 2025 by GOPA for GIZ’s Goin’ Digital project as National Expert in Digital Solutions for the Public Sector.

The assignment focused on requirements for the future GovNum Platform, designed to support governance of government digital programmes and projects using GovStack and government enterprise architecture frameworks.

Strategy documents

Contributions to the Health Information System Master Plan, staff mobility guide, health occupations mapping, HR statistical yearbook and National Health Workforce Accounts report.
