Challenge

The Human Resources Directorate relies on iHRIS to consolidate, improve and use data on public, private and community health workers nationwide.

The system connects central, regional, district and facility levels. Its value depends on both data quality and the autonomy of local focal points.

Contribution

From configuration to adoption

Functional and technical administration, open-source application customisation, deployment coordination across 14 regions, data collection and quality control, reporting and focal-point training.

Contribution to the iHRIS version 5 migration with Java and Vue.js, and to complementary staff-management tools.

Approach

Configuration, testing, data review, training at regional, district and facility levels, followed by ongoing user support.
